What’s New in ECR Version 4 [8/31/2026]

• Generate Term Exam Results Form (for parent/guardian acknowledgment signature) for each learner with a click of a button, export to single file PDF

• Import data from old version, for example from JHS ECR version 3 copy data to this version 4 without manually copy pasting values, tremendously saves time for teachers. For SHS, you need to remove one row from the header rows to match version 4 data rows. Version 4 onwards, no problem importing. JHS to SHS can also import and vice versa

• Clear learner data - make ECR fresh again, a blank slate, but the Header info and HPS are retained

• Removed screen flickering during PDF export

• unified VBA code for JHS and SHS, saving the time for developer bug fixes

• Stability improvements
