Export Grades Sheet to Mini Cards (Parent's Copy)
Easily export learner grades into Mini Cards, with 4 cards fitting on one A4 bond paper for economical printing. These cards serve as a parent's copy, allowing parents to stay updated on their child's academic performance for the current term.
After signing, the Mini Card can be returned to the teacher and kept as proof that the grades were received and acknowledged by the parent.

Option to import Learner Names from your ECR (first male learner name must be in cell B12)
Automatically generate ready-to-print Mini Cards.
Export a single learner or an entire section in PDF format.
Customize the included Parent Form template:
Change the school logo
Edit the school name and address
Modify subject labels
Hide unused or excess subject rows
If you need to modify protected areas of the template, the worksheet password is 1230 or just click the "Unprotect Sheet" button.
