Note: In the Competency Analysis tab, if you are getting zero (0) in the Summary list, check your encoded Competency if there is a space at the end of the sentence. Delete that space.

After download, right click the file, click Properties
2. Check Unblock then click OK.
3. Open the file and click Enable Content.
